vintage sockets

Post by clinton.sherman »

i have several vintage sockets that i was hoping to get a price range on. these are the early ones stamped with the S over an O. Here is what i got from what i could find on this website.
S over O sockets all of them are 5/8" drive
#300 15/16" (has either a small crack or gouge in it right on the end)
#310 31/32"
#320 1"
#360 1 1/8"
#400 1 1/4"
#440 1 3/8"
#480 1 1/2"

Stamped with Snap-on.
LDH-342 3/4"drive 1 1/16" socket dated 1959
another one that i'm not sure on the size at it is scarred but measures about 1 1/4" 5/8" drive appears to have date of either 1927 or 37 on it.

LA-52 3/4" female to 5/8" male adapter dated 1962

3/8" drive extension 12" long. number on it is F-11-G only thing i can find is that is appears to be the government one.

So can anyone help me out??? with either what they are worth or what you would give for them.

And i have 2 other sockets that match the S over O sockets in size but one either has only half the symbol stamped on it or is a different brand its 5/8" drive 1 1/16". Second i cant find any symbol on but like i said it matches otherwise. Its a 5/8" drive 1 7/16 socket.

it won't let me upload pics as it says my files are too large and i can't seem to shrink them.

Thanks,
Clinton Sherman
