I do not know how that pic got posted there, They are two wrenches out of the Packard Rolls Royce Merlin tool bag.
The top one is a Blue Point. Very rare whitworth size. The bottom is from a unknown maker.
These are not for sale. But I do have some Snap on and Blue Point whitworth and British Standard tools that I would sell.
