RT-1600 TORQOMETER

Hi I am trying to find out any info on This 1/2" torque wrench. Just fond it in some of dads old stuff.
It is model no. RT-1600 ser no. 2575. Interested in knowing what year of manufacture etc.

Most of the RT numbers were from the early 40s. Not much info on them.
