I came across this Snap On spring spreader in a box that I picked up in an old shop. The only reason I know what it is, is because I looked up the patent number, patented in 1931. I have never seen one before. I collect old tools. My question is, Is this complete, and should I sell or keep? Does this hold any value?
Thank you
It is not complete, missing a couple of parts, more if it was later. This looks early 30s. Does have value, would be interested in the parts myself, I have some of these. http://www.collectingsnapon.com/catalog ... ogPage=262
Ok, I havent decided what Im going to do with it. I'm afraid if I sell it, I may never see another. And, there's another person from the forum ahead of you that wants it. If you Google it, they only come up with about 6 pictures. I have no idea what I'd ask for it.
