A snap on model ZR7 ratchet 1/4 drive made in Mexico. Date code looks like 1970.
The Mexico made tools show up mostly out of the US. I suspect they were made for international customers, as very few Mexico tools show up in the USA. This one did.

Interesting, I didn't know that Snap-on had a plant in Mexico.
