New Member with a few questions

Hello everyone,
I am a retired wrench with an old KRA-58B.
I know the 58B was manufactured from '62 to '71.
Can I narrow that 9 year stretch down with the serial number? It's 0671112
There is also a 71 after Kenosha Wisc USA
And...where would I find an original nameplate and handle...and maybe a lock, too?

71 stamp is the mfg year.
