I was thinking mabey we could post some pics of our pride and joys, finished or barn fresh,new or old. And tell a lil about where we got em, how we made them are own. We put alot of effort into our hobby so its time to show the fruits of our labor. I have a 96 krl 1001 that was in terrible shape when i got it but 2 months of after work evenings and weekends (and a snappy dealer that's awesome) it looks like a million bucks. We warrantied all the slides and castors and locks. I found a piece of scrap stainless steel(1/8th inch) and cut to fit the top. Two gallons of flat black later here she is! O and obviously i did my krsc46 cart to match.

I got a K-60 and K-200 in the rarer colour of greeny grey wrinkle finish and the bottom box is just grey wrinkle finish but the outside had been painted at some point in yellow but the inside is basically mint. Along with quite alot of vintage snap on tools too.

There is another chap from the UK that has a K60 in grey. He posts here sometimes.

Is there?? would like to know where he is from and if its simular to mine never seen 1 like mine only seen them in red on google. do you happen to know what his name is on here?? thanks

There was supposed to be a pic with my original post,but i have trouble loading pics on this site.(smartphone my a*s) Any suggestions? On a side note i just picked up a kr 560, its beat up but not for long. Lol

This thread is worthless without photographs….this site however has the most confusing method of posting photos it’s no wonder so many of the new members try then give up posting photos.
Here are some older Snap-On Tool Boxes I picked up this last summer. I have no idea the order they will appear in the photos, but I will upload them in this order…….K-23, KR-56 with a KRA-377A bottom with the optional three drawer insert (KRA-433), another KR-56 and lastly a rare Canadian Snap-On Tools Box of unknown nomenclature but closest to KRC-702 (page 3 Catalog CZ 1965)
