top box model kc515 canada

i have recently brought the above model and i am wondering can i get spare lock parts as the bar that locks the top box is missing it has the lock model no 5994 as the lock is there but there should be a bar approx 25 inches or it may be several parts spanning the 25 inches, if anyone can help that would be great.
