Hello,
I am new to the site and actually stumbled onto here by luck. Now on to the purpose of this post.

I found a Older (no clue on age) Snap on Upper tool box and I am assuming a Snap on Lower tool box (the assumption came from the drawer handles look to be the same). I have a couple questions that I hope can be answered.

1. What year or era
2. is the bottom box Snap On
3. How do I remove the drawers, I would like to removed them so I can sand blast and repaint the whole thing

I would think the bottom is a SO, looks like it. They look 40s to me. Here is a youtube on removing the drawers.
Nice find.

As you can see from the above pictures, the bottom box is missing the metal door thing that covers the bottom opening. I do not have the skills or know how to build such a door. Does anyone know how to build a door like this? if so it would be greatly appreciated.

I does not matter to much that the door is missing. I have one like that and the door is always open. It would be hard to build one, unless you have a large metal shop.
Will post some pics if you are interested.
