Sorry for the late follow up on this Greenlee ratchet that suspiciously looks like an SO. I did order a repair kit for it and it did fit and now it works wonderfully. Turns out the long number on the handle was a Greenleee part number. This ratchet was part of an electrician's "knockout" kit where the ratchet drove the cutter head to make the holes in the gang box. Anything Greenlee is expensive, so the Snappy made rat fits right in with the kit.....lol.

The black handle one is a F710LS, the ones that were made in like 54-55 have the Snap on name and model number on the dust cover only.
