Snap on SR-84 deluxe Master ratchet

So I was looking through my grandfather's old tools and found a SR 84. I'll send pictures when I get home. I'm trying to find out more about it. The only thing I have found so far was one advertisement in a 1948 catalog. The ratchet still works. Any help would be appreciated.
