Snap On 1/4 drive set KRA222

I have a question about a Snap On 1/4 drive set KRA222 , 1960 date - that I just acquired.
The set consists of:
* KRA222 box dated 60
* TM-4 black handle driver (hex handle w/gold letters)
* 11 sockets fro 3/8 down to 3/16 plus a Universal swivel
* MV10 breaker bar
* MV5 sliding T handle
* original cardboard box

The set appears to have never been used - question is would this set have come from the factory without a ratchet ? would it have come without extensions ? thanks for any info

I saw that one on ebay. I did bid on it when it was low, but then it went out of my range.

That box is different, best I could tell it appears to be for the industrial finish set? 1971 catalog page 015 is closest I was able to find. That one does show a ratchet.

I think it is a military set.

* I checked the date code on the tools, they are stamped O - I believe the date code chart lists O as 1960 ....also on the bottom of the box it has 60 stamped after USA
