Found this for sale in Sydney Australia. Logos appear circa 1946?
Is it a genuine Snap-on product? Any assistance in identifying it would be appreciated.

That looks like a Bakelite handle on the left end of the remaining drawer, that would place it early in the redcap era, mid 38' until early 41'.
