attempt to ID KRA-165 box (1963)
I recently acquired this box. It appears to have been for some sort of specialty set. It is stamped with model number kra-165 and is dated 1963. It measures 23-1/4 x 11-1/4 x 7. I have checked this website, available catalogs, the internet, and snap on themselves and have not found any reference to this box. If anyone knows what it was originally for I would like to hear about it.

That is a lineman's box. The auger bits go in the top, a drill and accessories in the bottom.

Send me an email address or phone number and I'll send pictures. This site is too difficult to do so.
