Blue Handel Torque Wrench

What I have is an QRJ3200 B it has a blue handle what is with the blue does it mean something or what if it does how do you restore it thanks in advance for any info

It's a boy torque wrench, as opposed to the pink-handled girl torque wrenches?

Maybe made by CDI? I know they made some torque wrenches for S-O. One of my wrenches is a CDI branded one and it has a blue handle.
