OEXM120A wrench symbol
I apologize if this information is somewhere on the website .I bought these wrenches on ebay and was curious about the making. It desnt appear to be a date code. Also what does the A in the model number signify? Thank you

I would say the symbol next to USA is a date code. There is a date chart on this site under resources.

Best guess based on the picture its a 1990 date code.
