crafty by snap on?

crafty by snap on?

The craftsman folks seem to think this series was made by snap on.

Can anyone here shed light on it?

During the 30's depression Snap-on did anything to stay solvent and had a short time making tools with the Craftsman name for Sears - see attachment from Alloy Artifacts

Any C series tools were made by Snap-on and when placed side by side you can see the similarities
