What years?

What years?

I have a couple of speed handles F-4D,anyone know what year they are from?
Also a couple of A 17 1/2 in drive knee action shock tools,any guess as to what year.
I have my dad's tools from before the war,complete set of all number tools like no 414 and no 416 all the way up and down,also every S socket set 3/8's and 1/2 in.I just keep them in his tool boxes and hardly ever take them out .
