Anyone know what company this wrench was made for? Maybe in a tool kit or a dealer special tool?

Says FH1824, 9/16" and 3/4" R3057A USA

Did you ever find out any more info on this? I just picked up one from an estate. The previous owner worked for bell systems. A lot of the tools were marked bell systems on them. Thought maybe these were sold to the telephone company's. Thanks, James
