The first No.5 would be late 21 to early 22. and have a length of 7-1/2 inches, diameter of 1/2 inch. Pinched stops.
The 10 inch shows up in 1923. still has pinched stop. and a 1/2 inch diameter.
In about 25 the ball stop shows up and has a diameter of 9/16

Third. Logo top to bottom. width of the head is 1 inch
forth. length 7-1/2 inches
fifth: width of the head is 1-5/16
