How to restore a KRA-402 handle

I recently obtained a KRA-315 vintage roll cab that I want to restore. It came with a KRA-402 roll cab handle that is in need of rechroming.
Problem is I can't figure out how to disassemble the chrome handle from its mount.
Anyone out there know how to take it apart?
