Hello, can anybody give me some info on this General service set? I got it at a auction fro $160 and its all snap on and it appears to be from the early-mid 80s.

I would like to see the original ad, and the list price. Thanks

Behind the selector switch, between the ON OFF, should be a date code. Here is a link to the date sheet.
