“Forged Steel Products” also known as Newport Pliers was a company Snap on bought, sold and rebought in 1945. They are a source of pliers and early small Blue point Wrenches

J.H. Williams Company Columbus, Ga. - Williams makes chisels, clamps, hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, wrenches, and other hand tools used for MRO. Snap-on purchase Williams March 1994

Bahco - European Snap on purchased them faily recently

Milwaukee Tool & Forge Company (MTF) made open-end wrenches, punches and chisels,  sockets,  toolboxes and other related tools in the 1920. Recently early Sockets with the Snap on marks and the nearly identical sockets with the MTF marks have been found creating speculation that MTF may have been an OEM source for socket blanks in the 1920s.
