These are 14 inch, 18 inch and 24 inches long and come with multiple cutting jaws. In 1936 these were reworked and a 36 inch long cutter was added. This was discontinued after 1945

Hand Bolt Cutter PBC-6A . The cutting edges of this tool are set at 45 degree angle to permit cutting in close quarters while keeping the hand out in the open in a comfortable position. Allows you to reach bolts or pins that are set close together without scraping the hand or knuckles. Compound leverage action of the handles makes cutting easy. Handles are dipped in plastic to provide a firm, non-slip grip. Recommended for cotter pins, annealed bolts, etc. Overall length 9 inches . Maximum capacity 1/4 inch
