Piston Ring Grove Cleaner 13-P Introduced in 1935. This has 4 blades to clean out ring groves in pistons. Blades are replaceable. This is a Vacuum Grip tool and was made in Newport PA, until the WWII period. Production shifted from Newport to Mt Carmel Ill with new tooling in Mt. Carmel. This shift was completed by 1955. This tool never made the retooling transision

Removes carbon deposits out of piston ring groves. Changeable blades, can lock the tool or let it float. The first frame is the catalog drawing, the second a Blue Point tool, and the 3rd is an "All Power De Luxe Piston Grove Cleaner".
