Here’s the best tool you ever saw for removing or replacing headlight bulbs. The jaws are serrated jaws are serrated and so formed as to fully encircle the base of the bulb, giving a firm grip without danager of crushing the lamp base. Handles are springy and will yield before causing injusry to the bulb.

The actual article is actually pretty cheaply made and is unmarked. It has no Snap On or Blue Point labels, no part numbers or no other marking.
