These are basic pliers and they are everywhere. They were introduced in 1926. These were made by Forged Steel Products of Newport PA. The description sites comparitive tests the prove they outlast all others. The description also outlines high carbon steel, hardening, and tempered. The early examples seem to have the Vacuum Grip hald moon logo. These have a 2 position joint
