I was a corporate employee for Snap-on Tools for a total of 22 years.
I had worked in a Snap-on branch warehouse (Sacramento, CA.) as a Stockroom Associate for 5 years, and when that closed, I became a Senior Customer
Service Representative [CSRII] (worked on the telephones assisting franchisees and retail customers) in the Western Regional Customer Service Center (Sacramento, CA.) for 13 years. I then transferred to work in the field as a Field Support Specialist for 4 years, until Snap-on corporate downsizing caught up
with me and I was 'workforce reducted' along with many other faithful and knowledgeable Snap-on corporate employees.

My Snap-on product knowledge is vast and comprehensive, and I look forward to contributing positively to your site.
