No. 71 Pan Heads

Post by L32Elwell »

I recently picked up a No.71 which has the pan head screws holding in the interference fit cover. Unfortunately one of the screws has been replaced. Both screws look aged so I have no idea as to which one is correct. They are both flat blade pan heads but one has a lower profile than the other. My guess is that the higher dome head is the incorrect one. I'm guessing somebody here may be able to tell me which is correct. Ill see if I can get a good picture uploaded. Thanks for your time and help.

Thanks... I think that settles it. It looks to be the lower pan head. That was quick
