white box pastel drawers

My dad has a 1/4 scale (guessing on the size) box. Dad says 380 bottom and 59 top. It is white case with multi color pastel drawers. Only info we know is it was given to supervisors. Which he purchased it from one. Think like only 60 were made. Was wondeeing if anyone knows what it would be worth. It is not a mini or micro box. He worked there 25 years any info is appreciated.
