PF70A rat. 1936

PF70A rat. 1936

A PF70A ratchet. 3/8 drive. Date code 1936. As a P stamped in front of the F. (there are other models like this also). The Only difference is the detent ball has been replaced with a pin. Has the large paw used in the later F70A. It is not listed in any cat, including the 38 supplemental.

I have a 36 71a with a pin as well. No p stamp though..

The date stamp on the two ratchets is not facing the same orientation. Is that common with earlier stuff?

Fairly common, seems more in the 40s
