I have had a Snap On CJ1000F pullet set and cabinet. It has been sitting for years and is not complete, Where could I find its value?

I have several versions of these. With the stuff you have missing probably 450. Here is the newest version I currently use, probably worth 2000.

One thing to consider is the location of the item. If you are in a large city you should do well with the sale. If you're out in the middle of nowhere, shipping will kill the deal.
