Late 1920's Snap On Brake Spring Compressor? ID Please

Post by snaponfords »

Looking for a model number and name for this vintage, near antique Snap On pliers. I am guessing its late 1920's as I believe the stamping to be late 1920s.
Measures 9-9/16" inches long. "Snap-On Tools, Inc. Kenosha, Wisconsin"
