Snap On British Standard Whitworth mid 1960's

Post by hosspapa »

I have a couple sets of British Standard Snap-On tools and would like to learn more about their value prior to selling them. I'm simply trying to make sure I sell these at a reasonable price (both for seller and buyer). I am not a Snap On collector or very knowledgeable about Snap On tools - so any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Like most older tools the sale price can have a fairly big range, esp. British standard.
If u list on eBay
Start the sockets at 125.00. They should sell for at least that, up to 250 on a vey good day,
The wrenches are hard to find. Start at 200. Up to 400 on a vey good day

The 40's ones are cheaper, with some exceptions like the deepwell set
The op has bs so they would be newer, the bs 3/8 set has
12 pcs, the whitworth has 10
