Help date this mystery pair of pliers

Hello, I have a pair of snap-on snap ring pliers with part number GA-180 stamped on them. I can't find any information about this pair of pliers online and even snap on customer support says they can't find anything to do with that part number. I looked through a couple catalogs and couldn't find any information. Anyone have any idea how old this tool could be? TIA

I cannot find it either. probably 60s-70s. post a pic of whole pliers.

Here's a picture of the whole pliers. The ends have grub screws with replaceable inserts aswell if that helps.
