I've hit a snag with these legs. After getting everything cleaned up and measure, i have a height with out the wheels of 28 inches, give or take for each leg... each leg has a variance of about half an inch difference for the bends. I'm not sure if it would be easier to heat and fix each leg to be equal, or try and start from scratch. I'm going to try to bend them equal first i think. If it proves difficult it's back to the drawing board.

Well, i've found a little time lately to put it all back together and so far this is where I am...

I'm pretty happy with the way they came out. It was very tough to make them all close to each other. Now i just have it put together basically for a mock up. I'm looking to see which holes i don't need, which holes i'll need to drill and which screws are hard to put in. As is, the drawers move nicely, but i need to adjust the height of the drawer stops. I'll have to take it apart again, weld a couple of holes shut, Drill the holes for the hinges, enlarge two of the holes for the drawer guides then reaassemble one more time and then figure out how i'm going to attach my casters cleanly and original looking.. Then time for primer and paint.
