Snap on rolling storage unit corvette edition L 82

This appears to be a special edition. Can anyone tell me anything about it please. ?? Here are a few details.
Snap on rolling storage unit 62" tall x 26 1/2 X 17 1/2
10 drawers, with a removable tool box on top that has an additional 12 drawers,
each side on the unit has a small (15 x 15) flip up work surface/shelf.
2 locks.
