I just purchase a f7 ratchet set 1929 I think it’s complete
It In a black metal box with a slide cover that stamped
Snap on Tools Chicago
1 f7 ratchet 3/8
10 sockets
1 extension
1 universal
Was this set offered in 1929 1930 any info would be

The date is about right. Usually this box has a nut spinner set or a refrigeration set. The F7 is hard to find. Do the sockets have early date codes too.

The ratchet has date code 9 everything else has date code 0

The black Chicago boxes were only made in that time line, so it all matches up to 29-31. Nice set to have.

Thank you to everyone for helping me I just got lucky bought a really
Nice top box to match my Roller kra 300b and I doing so I wound up
buying all the tools in the box and this set just happen to be in the box
with other older snapon tools

Beautiful set! I have only seen those with hinge handles.
