Goodmorning all

I have a parx 4 drawer upper chest that I have had since 1971 and it is in need of refinishing
It has no damage other than having crappy paint.
Do you think this old box is worthly of refinishing or just keep it as is?
I could repaint it myself but was thinking if i do then it will be rattle can paint and not durable so---

Yesterday i started looking for a place to refinish it.
one place quoted me $392
Another said they would have a quote today both with paint and powder.

I don't know what is a fair price

Edit: just got a price from a local b blaster who would blast it and powdercoat with snapon color for $225 plus tax

Unless its rusty, I would just clean it, and give in a wax job.
