Is this a Snap-On cabinet?

Is this a Snap-On cabinet?

This came with another Snap-On cabinet, which I think is a KRA 352A. This one is not marked, but it seems similar to the Snap-On. Measures 29" Wide X 23" Deep X 32" High. No rollers, no drawers. One shelf inside and 2 brackets on inside of door. The top was covered with some sort of synthetic rubber. Any ideas? Thanks!
